■ About the staff
1. We cannot accept requests such as age due to the Labor Standards Law (mainly in their 30s ~ 60s).

■ About damage
1. If the staff breaks something, the insurance money assessed by the non-life insurance company will be used.
In addition, we do not guarantee the full purchase price as it also takes into account aging deterioration and useful life.
2. Basically, you cannot buy the same item such as a new one and compensate for it.
3. Items for which the time of damage is unknown (found after 24 hours after the completion of work) are not eligible.
4. The insurance amount is subject to certain conditions (up to 100 million yen, exemption from liability 10,000 yen).
* We apologize for the inconvenience, but minor damages of less than 10,000 yen will be exempted from liability and will be borne by the customer.
5. Please do not throw away the actual items and photos that were damaged at the time of assessment as you will need them.
